Within hours both Carol and Sheba had sprained their ankles. Mary Johns: All those years at Sunshine Acres Childrens Home, wrapping kids ankles, finally paid off (smile)

Sunshine, water, green, more green, more water, friends, moments of blish, authentic sharing and precious contact. You look so refreshed in spirit, soul, body and wimsy.
