Welcome Jesus-- with Dancing and Timbels!
Dear Friends
........There are all kinds of ways to welcome Jesus at Christmas, Here are just a few Ugandan ways. Enjoy!
--------Deck ther Halls with bowels of Holly-Fa La La La La-La La La La! I just love my Charlie Brown Christmas Tree, don't you?
An empty crib awaitng Jesus, much like our hearts await His infilling of Grace + Joy
--------------Eating lots of yummy food--with utensils , of course(smile)
-------------Homemade centerpiece with candles from James Anderson, pointsetta and ferns picked outside my door and the table cloth is a remment of local material.
Nursing students dancing traditional Ugandan Liturgical Dance on Christmas Eve Children dancing traditionally on Christmas Day!
Joyous Merry Christmas Season. It isn't over, yet. We have until Epiphany Sunday, smile. Thank you Marie for the most blessed Christmas communication I have ever seen. The music came through on the YouTube and these two blogs were most amazing and enlightening. Blessings to each of you, and hope Michael is well, once again. Love and blessings and hugs from mj and kj
I am a "Lay Mission Helper" who had been commissioned to go to Kisoro, Uganda to work in the HIV-AIDS Clinic.Once there, I found my "Calling" included saving babies at risk, hence I spent my mornings in Public Health, afternoons in Pediatrics and my "free time" with high risk babies. .
